Baby weaning diary: Friday

6:30am- 6oz milk.
10am- Weetabix with whole milk. Stewed apple. Water to drink.
1pm- Mashed avocado with ham followed by eggy bread soldiers with banana puree dip and banana sticks. 
3pm- 5oz milk.
5:30pm- Sweet potato, leek, cauliflower and cheese puree topped with flaked cod. Fromage frais and a biscotti biscuit. Water to drink.
8pm- 6oz milk and bed. 

 Eggy bread is a nutritious and quick meal packed iron and B vitamins. 

This was a new recipe we tried out from Annabel Karmel's weaning book. We decided to top it with cod however.
