A Little Beach Photoshoot {Wells-next-the-sea}

As it's half term this week, we wanted to plan in a few adventures with our boys, especially as we knew we wouldn't be planning a holiday away. We had a little bucket list of things we might want to do. Our list included going pumpkin picking at a Lincolnshire farm, which we went to at the start of half term, a trip to the cinema as a treat for LO, a visit to a wildlife park and also a trip to the beach. And so with a little bit of planning, we have actually managed to fit all those adventures into the week, with space for walks in the local area and some time to watch films at home too. After all, while adventures are lots of fun, it's always nice to come back home and snuggle in front of the TV too.

And so we decided to head to one of our closest coast lines to Lincolnshire- the north Norfolk coast. I've heard a lot of people talk about Wells-next-the-sea so we decided to head there, just for the day. It's around 2 hours from where we live (in reality it took 3 hours to get back with all the farm vehicles and tractors on the road back to Lincolnshire) but it was so beautiful and well worth the journey there.

I'm going to be doing a separate post all about our autumn day at the beach but as I was scrolling through my photos I came across these which Richard took of myself and Little L. I loved them so much I thought I'd do a separate post dedicated to these.

  1. Such gorgeous photos! Love this and love your hats :) Jess xx

    1. Aw thank you lovely. I'm glad my hubby got a few spontaneous photos of us. It was lovely and sunny but the hats were a must as it was so windy! xx

  2. Beautiful! These dreamy shots of you and your kid smiling naturally and looking cute instead of chaotic. Visit here
